When I look at the properties page of both devices, it says that the Base System Devices location is 'PCI bus 3, device 1, function 3', and the Boradcom USH's location as '0000.001a.0002.001.000.000.000.000.000'. The driverless devices are 'Base System Device' and 'Broadcom USH'.
